This privacy notice is published by MacroMastersAcademy operated by Nikola Cvjetkovic ("we"). For the purposes of data protection law (including the GDPR where applicable), we act as the data controller of personal data collected through this site.
2. Data we collect
We collect: name, email address, account and login data, purchase and content-access data, support message content, and basic technical data (IP address, device identifiers, site usage telemetry).
3. Purposes and legal basis
We use data to: create and manage your account, deliver digital content, provide customer support, ensure security and prevent fraud, and improve the product. Legal bases: performance of a contract (delivering the service you purchased), legitimate interests (security and improvement), consent (newsletter and marketing where requested), and legal obligation (accounting and responding to lawful requests).
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the following categories of recipients: (a) service providers / subprocessors (hosting, authentication, email, analytics, support tools); (b) Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record, which processes payments, subscriptions, billing, taxes and refunds; (c) professional advisers (legal, accounting); (d) public authorities where required by law.
5. Data retention
We retain account and purchase data for as long as your account is active and for the period required by legal obligations (e.g. accounting rules, typically up to 10 years). Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymised. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and secure storage, to protect your data.
7. Your rights
