1. Seller and acceptance
This site is operated by MacroMastersAcademy operated by Nikola Cvjetkovic ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the site and purchasing products, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Digital products
MacroMastersAcademy operated by Nikola Cvjetkovic sells only digital products — recipes, meal plans and online courses. Your purchase grants digital access to content, not a physical product.
3. Access after purchase
Upon successful purchase, the user automatically receives access to the purchased content through their account. The user must keep login credentials confidential and is responsible for all activity on their account.
4. No sharing of content
All content is for personal use only. Sharing, resale, copying or public distribution of content is prohibited and constitutes a copyright violation. We retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in the content, brand and software.
5. No guaranteed results
Results depend on individual effort, consistency, genetics and other factors. The site does not guarantee any specific results, nor uninterrupted or error-free availability of the service.

7. Payment — Paddle as Merchant of Record

9. Suspension and termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate account access in cases of: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination, access to digital content ceases.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
